Myles, a car sharing and self-driven solution, has announced the launch of its ‘One Way Drop’ package to enable its customers to pick a vehicle and drive from a city of origin and drop it at a destination city. Presently, the service is operational between Mumbai and Pune.

Elaborating on the concept, Sakshi Vij, founder and CEO, Myles, commented, “In line with our motto to be a pioneer and a trendsetter in the urban mobility services, the ‘One Way Drop’ was theorised. The concept is the outcome of our constant endeavour to understand the needs of consumers and design services that not only counters their concerns, but also helps us better our services and expand our offerings. We are also in the process of expanding the service to other cities before long.”

The one way service has Swift cars on offer for now. Cars can be booked for a minimum of six hours, with an option of extending the hours of booking. Cars can be picked and dropped from Mumbai International Airport and Pune Airport and railway station.

With a security deposit of INR 5000, the hourly charges vary from weekdays to weekends. The hourly charge during the weekdays is fixed at INR 260 with fuel and during the weekends the service is priced at INR 360 with fuel. The package adds to the conveniences of its customers with home delivery service within 10 km range. With home pick-up and drop-off services rated at INR 450 each, customers can avail both side services at INR 900.
